At Pipesology, we stand behind everything we make — because we play with it too. Each SureShot Series™ club, accessory, and piece of gear is built for performance, durability, and joy. If your club gives up before you do, email fun@pipesology.com. We’ll take a look and, if it’s a factory flaw, we’ll get you swinging again fast.

Limited Warranty Terms

(The Boring but Important Part)

Coverage

Pipesology LLC warrants that all products purchased from authorized sellers are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• Structural defects in the clubhead, shaft, or grip
• Manufacturing faults in materials or assembly
• Factory coatings or finishes that fail prematurely under normal use

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dings, paint wear, grip wear)
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, or modification
• Impact damage from non-golf use (don’t chip rocks, trees, or your buddy’s ball)
• Cosmetic damage not affecting performance

Warranty Claim Process

Email fun@pipesology.com with your order number, a few photos, and a quick note on what happened.
We’ll review and confirm eligibility within 5 business days.
If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or credit your item — at our discretion — and get you back out on the course.

We may request that the defective item be returned for inspection before replacement is issued.

Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
It cannot be transferred or extended beyond one year.
Pipesology LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages (like missed birdies, bruised egos, or side bets lost due to poor club selection).
Any modification, engraving, or unauthorized repair voids the warranty.

All implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.
