Return Policy

Sometimes even the best shots don’t go as planned. Pipesology stands behind its gear with a simple promise: if it’s not making you smile, Pipesology will make it right.

Founding Launch Pre-Orders

• Changed your mind? Cancel within 7 days of ordering for a full refund to your original payment method.
• After 7 days, a pre-order can’t be refunded, but you can switch to a different club or gift it to someone else. Email fun@pipesology.com with your order number.

The 30-Day Smiles-Back Guarantee

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an eligible item.
• Items must be unused, in new condition, with all original packaging.
• Once a club has been used, it’s yours. Used items can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged in shipping. Factory defects are covered by the Pipesology Warranty.

How to Start a Return

Email fun@pipesology.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange. Return instructions come back by email. Please don’t ship anything back without them.

Exchanges

Need a different club, color or size? Unused items can be exchanged within the same 30-day window.

Free Golf Balls

Free sleeves or boxes of golf balls that came with a club are yours to keep, even if the club is returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Used gear, the e-book (digital download), gift cards, customized or engraved items, and clearance items.

Return Shipping

If an item arrived damaged or the return is due to a Pipesology error, Pipesology covers return shipping. For all other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Refund Timing

Refunds go to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Damaged in Shipping

If something arrives damaged, email photos to fun@pipesology.com within 7 days of delivery, and Pipesology will make it right.

The Fine Print

Pipesology may deny a return if an item shows use, misuse or modification.
