Delete Your Pipesology Account

This page explains how to delete your Pipesology account and the data saved to it. It applies to the Pipesology app on iPhone and Android, made by Pipesology, Inc.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Pipesology app and sign in.
  2. Tap My Pipesology, then Profile.
  3. Tap Delete My Account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Or request deletion by email

Email fun@pipesology.com from the email address on your account, with “Delete my account” in the subject. Pipesology may need to verify your identity before completing the request. Email requests are completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and profile (name, email address and date of birth), your rounds and scores, practice and 10-Minute Challengeā„¢ results, your Bag and distances, your Personal Book, your questions to Pipes, and your coach videos. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What may be kept

Purchase and order records that Pipesology is required to keep for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other legal reasons. These are kept only as long as the law requires.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Pipesology+ or Pipesology Max subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings so you are not charged again.
